Return & Refund Policy

At Nea, we take pride in the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, we do not accept a return or provide a refund; only exchanges are possible.

Conditions for Exchange:

  • The product must be damaged or defective.

  • Exchange must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Note:

  • Exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, size issues, or minor imperfections.
